A refreshing cucumber-infused dry gin, designed to amplify those hot, long summer days spent in the sun with family and friends.
Because we only use natural ingredients, this gin has a slight green hint to it (no sign of essences being used here!)

The quintessential drink of the summer throughout the British Isles – think picnics in the park, Wimbledon, and strawberries and cream.
From the first strawberries of spring to late-summer blackberries, Pen Sans Summer Cup evolves with the Cornish season, making every bottle unique.
Perfectly Served: Lemonade or Ginger Ale, garnished with mint, berries, cucumber and citrus. Or for a lovely spritz, add a dash of prosecco, a dash of soda and an orange wedge.
Dry Cornish Gin 40% ABV
Like a crisp, early Cornish spring morning when the sea is that crystal clear blue but you know it’s still too cold to jump in to. You know those mornings.
A classic dry gin, with loads of floral (hibiscus flowers) and citrus notes (lemon and orange peel, lemon grass, lemon verbena), a freshness (Japanese tea), length and a long sherbety finish (gorse and orris).
Perfectly Served: Premium tonic, garnished with a twist of orange. We like to keep the garnish simple so that the flavours and aromas of the gin stand out. We also love this gin in a classic negroni or a dry martini.
Cornish Gin 40% ABV
The Darling of the North. A favourite flavour combination – we’ve taken the earthy flavours of the roots of these botanicals and distilled them with locally foraged heather, honeybush, cola nut and almond.
Perfectly Served: A classic dry gin when served with tonic water, but if you’re after that old school northern fish and chip shop Dandelion and Burdock, serve with ginger ale, cola or D&B soda.
