Ingredients:
40ml Dr Squid Gin
10ml Cider Brandy
15ml Lemon Juice
20ml Egg White
15ml Grenadine

Rowan’s Method:

• Pre-chill a Nick & Nora glass

• Pour all your wet ingredients into a cocktail shaker

• Dry Shake (No Ice, or with one ice cube)

• Top up with ice

• Shake until your shaker frosts slightly on the outside

• Double strain into your chilled glass

• Garnish with Lemon Zest 

Tip: With any cocktail that uses egg whites, you should always do a dry shake (no ice) then a hard shake (with ice)
