Dandelion & Burdock Gin
Ingredients:
50ml Dandelion & Burdock Gin
25ml Lemon Juice
15ml Honey Syrup
Garnish – Edible flower & lemon peel
Rowan’s Method:
- Pre-chill a Nick & Nora glass
- Pour all your wet ingredients into a cocktail shaker
- Top up with ice
- Shake until your shaker frosts slightly on the outside
- Double strain into your chilled glass
- Garnish with an edible flower & lemon peel
