Your adventure begins with learning all about the gin-making process here at Pocketful of Stones and the rich stories behind our gins. Each is inspired by Cornish folklore and the rugged natural landscape that surrounds us.
Immerse yourself in the workings of our award-winning distillery. At this point in the experience, you’ll get to see a real working copper still and learn about the process of making gin all the way from picking to sipping.
Before we can let you loose on our exquisite handcrafted gin, you’ll first need to learn how to taste gin like a pro. Discover how to identify the unique vapours, ingredients and flavour profiles to look out for.
Throughout the experience, we’ll explore each different type of gin and taste them as we go, putting your tasting skills to the test.
