Caspyn Midsummer Gin
Ingredients:
30ml Caspyn Midsummer
20ml Lemon Juice
10ml Sugar Syrup
Topped with Champagne
Garnish – lemon peel
Rowan’s Method:
- Pre chill a flute glass
- Shake your gin, lemon juice & sugar in a cocktail shaker
- Double strain into your flute glass
- Top with champagne (using a Hawthorne strainer & a fine mesh strainer)
Garnish: Cut some lemon peel. Squeeze and twist the peel over the glass with your fingers, then add it to the drink.
Tip: To avoid your champagne fizzing over your glass, add a little first, stir, then add the rest.
