Cornish Damson Gin 25% ABV
Our seasonal damson gin is hand-crafted using locally foraged damsons from around Cornwall.
Star anise, cinnamon, nutmeg, clove and orange are added to the infusion, giving spicy and warming flavours without being overly sweet.
Perfectly Served: With lemonade or soda, but is probably best enjoyed after a hearty dinner accompanied with a cheese board by a fireplace.
Marmalade and Seville Orange Gin 40% ABV
We have upped the ante on our dry gin with added seville orange peel, a little star anise, some liquorice root and traditional marmalade.
The result is a smooth, citrus forward contemporary gin built on the backbone of British tradition.
Perfectly Served: By itself, with tonic, in a negroni or, in the cold of winter, a marmalade hot toddy.
Dry Cornish Gin 40% ABV
Like a crisp, early Cornish spring morning when the sea is that crystal clear blue but you know it’s still too cold to jump in to. You know those mornings.
A classic dry gin, with loads of floral (hibiscus flowers) and citrus notes (lemon and orange peel, lemon grass, lemon verbena), a freshness (Japanese tea), length and a long sherbety finish (gorse and orris).
Perfectly Served: Premium tonic, garnished with a twist of orange. We like to keep the garnish simple so that the flavours and aromas of the gin stand out. We also love this gin in a classic negroni or a dry martini.
Cornish Dandelion & Burdock Gin 40% ABV
The Darling of the North. A favourite flavour combination – we’ve taken the earthy flavours of the roots of these botanicals and distilled them with locally foraged heather, honeybush, cola nut and almond.
Perfectly Served: A classic dry gin when served with tonic water, but if you’re after that old school northern fish and chip shop Dandelion and Burdock, serve with ginger ale, cola or D&B soda.
