Ingredients:
50ml Dandelion & Burdock Gin
25ml Lemon Juice
15ml Honey Syrup
Garnish – Edible flower & lemon peel

Rowan’s Method:

  • Pre-chill a Nick & Nora glass
  • Pour all your wet ingredients into a cocktail shaker
  • Top up with ice
  • Shake until your shaker frosts slightly on the outside
  • Double strain into your chilled glass
  • Garnish with an edible flower & lemon peel
