Ingredients:
50ml Pilgrim & Galaxy Gin
15ml Elderflower Cordial
25ml Lemon Juice
5ml Sugar Syrup
2 cucumber slices

Rowan’s Method:

• Pre-chill a tumbler glass
• Muddle a slice of cucumber, lemon juice, sugar syrup & elderflower cordial in your cocktail shaker
• Pour your whisky into the shaker
• Top up with ice
• Shake until your shaker frosts slightly on the outside
• Double strain into your chilled glass
• Add ice to your glass
• Garnish with a cucumber slice

Tip: Make it spicy by adding a fresh chilli when you muddle your cucumber and adding a chilli for your garnish
