Ingredients:
50ml Pen Sans Summer Cup
Topped with Ginger ale or lemonade
Served with strawberries, mint and cucumber

Rowan’s Method:

• Pour the Pen Sans Summer cup into a highball glass
• Add about half a glass of ginger ale/lemonade
• Fill the glass up with ice
• Top up with ginger ale/lemonade
• Garnish with cucumber, mint and seasonal fruits

Tip: Swap out the ginger ale/lemonade and make it a Summer Cup Royale by adding champagne
