The Story
Oatmeal Stout, Sherry & Bourbon Cask, unchillfiltered, 46% Cornish Whisky.
Our latest single cask release was created with St Ives Brewery. They beefed up their famous Zennor Oatmeal Stout to around 10% ABV. The excellent beer was double distilled on Thursday, 16th March 2023, by Shaun Bebington, using the largest of our stills, Jackson. The distillate was then split with half aged in a bourbon cask and half aged in a sherry cask in the shadow of St Michael's Mount.
The result is a truly stunning, smooth and flavorful Cornish Whisky. The full experience is akin to enjoying a pint of stout with a whisky chaser!
This is a unique release with less than 650 bottles available!
